These specially-trained contractors evaluate your home using state-of-the-art equipment and recommend comprehensive improvements that will yield the best results. They can also help you take advantage of Federal tax credits for energy efficiency improvements.
The Residential Energy Services Network's (RESNET®) mission is to ensure the success of the building energy performance certification industry, set the standards of quality, and increase the opportunity for ownership of high performance buildings. RESNET is a membership 501-C-3 non profit organization.
See HERS Ratings below. We work with builders, architects, and other contractors to certify NEW HOMES to build energy-efficient structures to modern building codes and energy code. New homes showing 15% improvements over 2004 IECC can earn an energy star label and will be listed on the EPA's website.
